Akin to #133, it's just annoying to delete them each time.

The best immediate solution I can offer to you is also the one I wrote about on issue #133 but this points to one which I can and should actually fix extension-side. Disable/Uninstall restores the settings to original values(Which is the source of the #133 issue where it logs you out of your sessions), it should also remove the bookmarks.
