Add flags for showing only hidden files and only hidden folders

I ran into a need for quickly seeing only the files that starts with . and I cannot find any options for this? Similar with folders that start with .

I can use the --all alongside the --only-files flag but it outputs all files including the non-hidden ones.

Would be nice to have an flags to only show hidden files (e.g., --only-hidden-files), and another option to view only hidden folders (e.g., --only-hidden-folders).

Do you mean you want the output of ls -d .*?

For me eza -d .* reports the same. This is on v0.20.19.

No. For me bothls -d .* and eza -d .* outputs both hidden files and folders.

eza --only-dirs -d .* does not filter away the hidden files. Expected behavior: output only hidden folders. Results: outputs both hidden files and folders.

Same with

eza --only-files -d .* does not filter away hidden folders. Expected behavior: only display hidden files. Results: outputs both hidden files and folders.
