quash wiki/ section when deploying website

The wiki is no longer active, and now lives on only in archived files and
redirects.  It should be totally maintained as part of fdroid-website now.
Once this change is deployed, it will wipe the mediawiki installation from
the production webserver (if it hasn't been already).
