Quarterly Report exports after 2017Q3 contain invalid records

Worked for every prior quarterly statement. With 9/30 when exporting to CSV or QIF the exports are coming up blank.

While I don't see blank records, recent quarterly reports have invalid records with other text from the PDF mixed in like:
