help with connecting the controller via the xbox dongle

Hi, I'm looking for a way to use the xbox's own dongle to connect the xbox one controller to the host shield, but the dongle doesn't turn on, can anyone tell me how to connect the xbox controller without using cables? I tried all the libraries, but the only one that worked was the XBOXONE example, but with a cable. I wanted to connect it without a cable using the Xbox dongle
