如题，如果不声明body标签就会直接报 require is not defined

这个跟具体编译工具有关，跟 mod 无关；

大概意思是，编译工具会根据 body 标签这个位置，来引入 mod.js。

当发现类似的问题，请判断 mod.js 是否被加载了，其实如果你看一下 mod.js 的代码的话，很简短，出啥问题也一目了然；
