[Dev UI][Evals] Add basic comparison view showing data from multiple eval runs for a specific version of a dataset

Clicking on "Comparison" should pop up a menu with other eval runs on the same dataset version. Please skip the "Create new" option for this issue. Will create a separate ticket for that.

Selecting one of these eval runs should populate the table with the results from the run:

Allow upto 2 comparison runs. So we may show results from 3 eval runs like this:

Please add reasonable min widths on the table columns and allow horizontal scrolling for this page if required.
