Feature Description

You should remove the circle, and make the menubar icon only the flame icon.
in addition, flameshot icon should not be colored in macOS menubar. it should be a white/black silloette like all other menubar items. This breaks the macOS design.

In addition, when taking screenshots of the icon, for rendering with sketchybar (a macOS waybar alternative) it only will show a circle, so it's not even identifiable as flameshot.

Removing the cicle and changing the color to white/black will fix visual issues for sketchybar, but also for native macOS menubar.
