Extracting a snap has many downsides and isn't ideal.

I can submit a patch if you are interested.

If you'd be fine getting something going I'd be more than fine with accepting it, I just wasn't able to ever get it working myself due to the librclone dependency of my package needing Go packages installed. If you can get a source package going I'd definitely prefer it though.

I didn't realize Go was used.

I'm looking into it but flatpak-go-vendor-generator.py is totally broken. Will require some fixes there.

I had some issues with making dependencies work with it and that's why I stopped using it, I just assumed I was using it wrong or something. If you can get that all fixed up then I'd be open to looking into getting packaging working myself as well.
