Do not pull vue-flatsurf from the internet

Currently, vue-flatsurf is pulled at runtime from NPM. We should instead embed it into the distribution so this widget is more secure and works offline.

Zoom key binding is the same as my viewer scrolling

While scrolling a notebook on firefox, when the focus reaches a ipyvue-flatsurf widget, it suddenly stops the scrolling to zoom on the widget. It is a bit annoying to have the same key binding.

Fix flow_component_encoding.Encoder.perimeter for non-cylinders

For non-cylinders we currently only visualize connections that are on the boundary of components. This is obviously wrong when there is only a single undetermined component.
