I can't move up and down when I'm in the menu of Skate IT

I tried lifting my phone,but it doesn't move. When I move the phone in the air fast'it moves, but comes back to middle of the screen. Moving left and right is normal. I use Samsung Galaxy S3.

But I also tried using ir emulation and it doesn't even work
