Hello Frappe LMS Team,

I am using Frappe LMS version v2.21.0 (main) on Ubuntu 24.04. I have encountered an issue where, after creating a batch, it gets automatically deleted after a short period of time.

Can you please help me with this issue?

Thank you.

@ashfaque-24, please provide more details, maybe you are not publishing a batch, and it may be present in the Unpublished section

I checked, the batch was published and self-enrollment was also enabled. I resolved the issue through bench build and migrate, but when trying to create a live class, it is not showing up and there is no error message either. Please guide me.

@ashfaque-24 have you setup your zoom credentials through Zoom Settings?

I've entered the Zoom credentials in the settings and have double-checked them.

@ashfaque-24 Check the backend, open the LMS Live Class doctype, and check if the live class is getting created there.
