Hello,

When trying to install the new 3.0.3 Nuget package (https://www.nuget.org/packages/dotnet-certes/) for a C# .NET Framework console application I am receiving the following error: Package 'dotnet-certes 3.0.3' has a package type 'DotnetTool' that is not supported by project 'CertesNugetDownload'.

It appears the Nuget package may only be for .NET Core projects/applications. Can you also provide a package/download option for .NET Framework applications?
