[Feature] Automation of spec file generation with Galen (for Galen)

I have done some changes in Galen framework (created a new library) which will generate Galen Spec file automatically. I would like you (all) to try it so that I can contribute it to the Galen framework.

How should I provide the code ? (It's a new repo)

please share the code or branch details ,because we are struggling to add auto generate of spec file.
it would be much helpful if you revert us as soon as possible.because of spec generator our deliverables are impacting.
