Can't start pantheon-sound-control

Hey all,

I've tried to install the application:

[0/1] Installing files.
Installing lib/libpantheon-sound-control.so.0.1.0 to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpantheon-sound-control.so.0.1.0
Installing lib/pantheon-sound-control.h to /usr/include/pantheon-sound-control.h
Installing lib/pantheon-sound-control.vapi to /usr/share/vala/vapi/pantheon-sound-control.vapi
Installing lib/PulseAudio/libpulseaudio-backend.so to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pantheon-sound-control/libpulseaudio-backend.so
Installing src/libsound-devices-indicator.so to /usr/libsound-devices-indicator.so
Installing src/libsound-devices-plug.so to /usr/libsound-devices-plug.so
Running custom install script '/usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/meson --internal gettext install --subdir=po --localedir=share/locale --pkgname=pantheon-sound-control'
Installing /home/joe/Downloads/pantheon-sound-control/build/po/fr.gmo to /usr/share/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/pantheon-sound-control.mo

Is there something more I need to do for this to replace the original? I've rebooted but cannot find the menu.

thanks for your feedback and sorry for the noise, I did some mistake with issue.

the suka-hottoe is not really for now a standalone apps but a set of extensions for elementary desktop
it will be in future then I keep your issue open
