AllSimplicialSurfaces

The function AllSimplicialSurfaces when called with a number n of faces does not return all simplicial surfaces on this number, only those
that are stored in the library. Can we at least have a complete list of surfaces for small n? The documentation should then say until
which n the list is complete.
Maybe it would also be good if the function prints a warning, as it can easily be misinterpreted.
