Custom course admonitions aren't used in PDFs #10

The custom admonitions example in the courses are made using a role applied to an admonition.

To integrate them into PDFs, we could

Add additional admonition types, e.g. with https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-extensions-lab/blob/master/lib/custom-admonition-block/extension.rb , or
Extend the PDF converter to recognize these styles
