Is there an intentional reason to show do_not_annotate terms in the autocomplete options for the "GO Term" box? It seems like there might be since they are highlighted in red and you cannot select them (either with the up/down arrows or with the mouse).

It seems like a waste of space and curator attention to show these when they are not usable. I would prefer if these terms just didn't show up. What would be your preference @LiNiMGI ?

I think maybe it's ok to show it in red...
so when a curator wants to use that term to annotate, curator knows why that term is not available in Noctua ( "do_not_annotate " comments are not very obvious in some GO browser, such as MGI GO browser)

Let's see how strongly curators feel about this one. As you've noted, there are pros and cons to having the 'do not annotate' terms in the autocomplete.
