Regardless of which comment icon I click on, the window that pops open displays ALL comments, regardless of which annotation they are actually associated with.

  • I DO prefer having the comments show up in the new window section on the right over the pop-up that is used in the Form Editor.
  • I do NOT find it useful to display all of the comments regardless of whether they are associated with the annotation I clicked on or not.
  • It think it would be useful to highlight which annotation row in the table the comments are associated with.

Here's the link to the Standard Annotations view of model I was working with:
http://noctua.geneontology.org/workbench/noctua-standard-annotations/?model_id=gomodel:66e382fb00000955

Compare with what happens when I click on any comment icon in the model whose url is above:
2024-09-20-nonSpecificCommentsDisplay

with clicking on an icon for 2 comments for the Il4 annotation to "positive regulation of B cell chemotaxis":

We will highlight the comment box in the table to correspond with the highlighted comment in the comment window.
