Descriptive summary

The stakeholders find that the current color of the buttons for the user interface are undesirable, and that a darker shade of blue should be used instead.

Expected behavior

Buttons should be lighter in color (such as https://www.color-hex.com/color/0000cc)

Actual behavior

The buttons are too bright a shade of blue
