Fix Solr Geometry Value to represent true data scope

In one of the records in the fixtures folder, mit:SDE_DATA_US_MA_E25ZCTA5DCT_2000, it looks like bounding box that covers the extent of the layer is off, which is causing the record result to display the map with an offset user view. It would look better and improve search results to have a corrected Solr Geometry.
