Descriptive summary

In the current GeoBlacklight 2.0 master branch, it seems that the SMS icon is not showing on the tool bar.

Expected behavior

On the "show page" of an item, I should have the option to click a button and get an 'SMS this' button

Actual behavior

When looking for an SMS this button, there's nothing that shows up.
