Why should this be included in the repository?

This utility is a concise tool for detecting connected SCSI devices. It is an analogue of such utilities as lsusb, lspci, lsblk, etc. In many distributions, it is included in the basic set of installed packages.

In Brian Ward's book "How Linux Works", the lsscsi utility is used to understand the structure of SCSI devices.

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

GPL-2.0-or-later

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

All users who need to get full information about SCSI devices inside their PC
