[App Request] - GitLab + GitLab Runner

GitLab is one of the three major players (alongside GitHub and BitBucket). Having the option to install and use GitLab (aside from Gitea) seems like a nice move, especially for those who have previously used GitLab as SaaS.

Install GitLab by using Docker:
