Run a script after commands

I want to tie in to chan to also update my composer.json and some other elements; I can do this by writing my own scripts, but I'm not finding any information about those kinds of hooks. Is this possible?

I played a bit last year to see if we can easily add a hooks into chan cli.

If I remember correctly, my naive implementation is based on the git hook system (execute a script at .chan/{action} if exists).

I will never finalized it but I can see if I retrieve it and create a draft PR.
