Currently the GitButler integration to GitHub is setup to be an OAuth app, I would recommend switching to Github App instead. This still uses OAuth 2.0 and can take actions on behalf of a user, but offers a number of advantages.
Why
The Github App offers more granular access than the OAuth ones. One major concern is that once the OAuth app i granted access to an organization it has FULL access to all the repositories, so it it not possible to exclude some critical repositories from the access scope.
