Is it available for VxWorks 7?

Hi, it looks like VxWorks is an RTOS. I do not have experience with it.
Some of the OS-specific functionality would likely have to be ported, see occurrences of HWY_OS_*.
But most of the code should compile as-is, especially if using Clang or GCC.
