Request for ARM docker image

I have been developing on a the new Mac M1 Silicon with ARM as well as the AWS EC2 A1 Instances and a Raspberry PI. These all run ARM and it would be nice to have the docker image built for multi-architecture so that this can be run native on this hardware. Didn't see anything in the Actions that I could make a pull request so there is likely the configuration on the Docker Hub side that needs to be updated.
