[feature request] specify the name and location of the recording

Would it be possible to specify what the recording should be called, and where to store it, via obs-cmd?

I didn't investigate if it is possible via API. I leave the issue open for now, if somebody else is interested

Current obws used is 0.11.5 which only has record_directory.

Latest obws is 0.14.0 which does have set_record_directory so would be possible in this version, issue is that in 0.12.0 the protocol changed how sources are handled (going from names to ids) which breaks pretty much all functionality of obs-cmd.

Would require a rewrite to get the source ids which I have yet to figure out. Would have to go from source_name as an input to source_name > source_id somehow.
