Touch targets for todo/text file widget #2520

When the todo/text file widget isn't filled with text, the empty space is dead space that does nothing.

If there's only a couple lines of text, that's a pretty small touch target for opening the editor.

Tapping the empty space should open the file and place the caret at the end or no particular position.
