File dialogs appear under other windows.

I'm using Goxel 0.10.8 on Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon.

The file open or save as dialogs appear under everything else, and don't pop up on top of the main window automatically, and that's very unusual. If that is intended behavior, could we have a way to configure that to behave differently? I'm not fond of having to find and click on the new red tab in my taskbar, for something I will always expect to be on top of the current window already.
