Overview
We have identified data consistency issues in the FOLA directory, impacting eligibility information, intake requirements, service notes, and data validation. These inconsistencies affect:

  • Data integrity (ensuring structured and complete information)
  • User trust (preventing confusion or incorrect filtering)
  • Operational efficiency (enabling better volunteer training and automated validation)

This epic tracks efforts to improve:

  • Data standardization (ensuring consistent eligibility and intake categories)
  • Validation processes (improving volunteer training & validation workflow)
  • Data quality monitoring (timestamping entries & implementing review cycles)
