Issue

imgpkg fails to copy the TAP files (+/- 17Gb) to a registry container and reports the error TOOMANYREQUESTS: too many requests

A feature request has been opened to lower the number of thread workers as reported here

A workaround is to pass the parameter --concurrency 1 to the imgpkg copy command !
