Hey
Many thanks for opensourcing your great stuff!
Would like to ask about putting some minimalistic steps for the community regarding how to build the tool on different OSes like

  • Windows
  • Linux
  • Mac

and what are the prerequsites (if any), etc

See the build_qt*.sh scripts, and the appveyor recipe.
