pcp fails to install on newest AMI ami #2050

And this leads to the 'inventory install simulator' to fail.

The whole pcp thing is a pain after it changed from dstat; currently we are not collecting any OS level metrics.

I think it is better if we rely on tools like vmstat, iostat and ifstat.
