[BUG] - ScrollShadow only appears during scrolling

Describe the bug

As mentioned in the title. The issue occurs in components such as Autocomplete and Select, and can be reproduced in the official documentation examples.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Go to https://www.heroui.com/docs/components/autocomplete
2. Open an Autocomplete example
3. Shadows are visible when scrolling, but once an item is highlighted, the shadows will disappear.

Expected behavior

Consistent with v2.6 (that is, v2.6 does not have this issue).

I don't use virtualization lists, the temporary fix is:
