Tried both single-threaded VPS and my R9 5900X home PC, always stuck on Successfully installed argparse message. I'm using nerdctl (buildkitd). I also tried it from two locations (as I said, my VPS is in EU, home PC is in RU).

In docker file, replacing RUN bash install.sh install-docker with RUN curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com -o install-docker.sh && sh install-docker.sh --dry-run made it build, but not work, getting PermissionError: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted on start.
