Switcher integration - can't control but still seeing correct indications (attributes)

The problem

I get an error trying to control the Switcher mini switch, however I can see the status and attributes just fine.
Error:
Failed to perform the action switch/turn_off. Call api for None failed, api: 'controLdevice', args: (<Command.OFF: ‘0’»,), response/error: OSError(113, "Connect call failed ('192.1xx.1.xxx', 9957)*)

Please first try to power cycle the device (disconnect power, wait 10 seconds and connect power again) and report back, there is a known issue with Switcher advertising the wrong IP.
