Am I missing something? And your quick scan telegram bot doesn't work either, nothing happens when you press the start bot button.

Hello, @DumbJoe!

  1. What version of Windows do you have? (Win+R -> enter winver -> see build information)
  2. Write the full specifications of your computer
  3. Have you tried disabling/removing your antivirus if you have one?
  4. What size files do you scan via the bot?

windows 11 and I dont have an antivirus unless you count the default windows defender as one? It's just a small 13MB file. Trying to find out if the games I have have enigma DRM or not.

Please record a video demonstrating the inoperability of the program and/or Telegram bot

To use the bot via the link, you must download and install Telegram Desktop.

But the problem with launching the program has not yet been solved. Please make a recording in MP4 format with a demonstration of launching the .EXE file

Did you unzip the archive or do you run it by opening the ZIP file in file explorer?

Ok. Can you try running Windows XP/x64 versions?

The diec.exe opened for a split second and then closed, the other two did nothing.

I believe that your system is damaged. To be more precise, you don't have the Visual C Runtime running. Please reinstall the OS or run diagnostics using the FastTweak utility

Isn't any possible missing Visual C++ runtime fixed by this? Microsoft Visual C++ Runtimes AIO v0.85.0 x86-x64

@ags1234, DiE uses its portable runtime libraries, which can conflict with an already installed but corrupted runtime

What version does it use and I'll install that runtime if I dont already have it or give me a portable one that doesn't have its own runtime library and it'll run whatever I have on it.

run diagnostics using the FastTweak utility

@DumbJoe
You could attempt to fix Windows with some commands:

Offline

sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:E:\Sources\install.wim
(replace Source with a path that fits for your system)

Online

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
