to support aiming, esp. with the hand-only "controllers", it would be nice if buttons/interactive areas had the option to be sticky, in the sense that they remain focused even a small area around the actual button
the voice team introduced undo as a core element in their approach. it would be interesting to lift this to a core concern of the framework

hovering does not signal while I'm grabbing something. For example, the browsing team wanted to highlight the trashcan when a method was moved close to it.
