English-to-Amharic translation model

Hi there 👋

I would like to request the translation of the Hugging Face NLP Course into Amharic. This will help the Amharic-speaking community access and learn from the content. Amharic is the national language spoken by > 100mil population in ethiopia east Africa

Let's translate the course to Amharic so that the whole community can benefit from this resource 🌎!
