Limit number of worker restarts

Hello,

Generally, I have found this to be a great package, thank you for the time you have spent developing it!

One feature I was hoping might exist is a way to limit the # of attempts that will be exhausted to start a worker, so that we can crash/stop the master process if it's clear that the works aren't going to start successfully. Is this by chance already supported?
