Overriding file assets

For bundling sometimes we might have case to override a module or override a file, the purpose could be patch the file itself or get rid of some unwanted dependencies, we need to provide a way to map the local dependencies file to a overriden file.

Could provide a folder called overriden, and provide a way to alias to the path in the dependencies. But the path could be long and nested, need to find a way which is short
