Hm, may be Xcode version. I'm using Xcode 14.2 and it compiles successfully.

Installing and choosing a newer swift toolchain in could solve the issue with the build for old Xcode version:

The issue looks Similar to #2090 for builds in Xcode 12.

So as for me, it's not an issue of the react-native-iap package.
