[UI] consistent max-width

We want a max-width that is the standard for all pages (with exceptions if the content makes it necessary).

Let's take the max-width of the explore page as the standard.

• The hypercerts view page has no max width. Lets add the explore max-width
• The create page is narrower as the explore page. Let's implement the max-width of the explore page and make the left column with the form fill out that width with the image on the right being constant
• the profile page seems to have the explore page max-width. It is jumping a bit if one of them has the scrolling bar on the side though. If this is easy to change, lets do it, but otherwise that jumping is fine.
