{other} doesn't seem to be working #58

I have tried:

{mlang en,en_us,other}
{mlang other} at the end of a series of {mlang}
{mlang other} at the beginning of a series of {mlang}

We're trying to use it on /login/index.php

All languages work ok, but "other" does not. Nothing displays. I think we used it successfully in the past, but can't be sure.

Moodle 4.1.13+ (Build: 20240910)
Multilang2 1.1.2 (2020101300)
