你需要研究下 java 的 api, 看看是否对密钥的格式有要求, 然后对比示例中的密钥格式, 看看有什么不同.

我们PHP和IOS能相互解密，但是跟Android就不行，Android加密PHP解不开，PHP加密Android能解开，而且Android自己的加密自己也能解开，好希望能有个Android的示例
