I am interested in your project producing pseudo-data for the U.S. Census. I noticed that both the U.S. Census and ACS datasets only include a single column for race/ethnicity.
Are there any plans to add multiple columns for race and a separate column for ethnicity to your datasets? Having multiple columns for race and ethnicity would be helpful in employing your datasets to explore multi-race responses, especially in working with the Census Bureau's DP engines (TopDown and the Detailed DHC-A).
Thanks.

Thanks for your interest and for this question. Adding multiple columns for race and a separate column for ethnicity is not something we were thinking about, but it would be pretty straightforward, since we model race from ACS PUMS data and that includes multiple columns for race and ethnicity.
I'll leave this issue open, and if others read this and also think this would be helpful for their work, please leave a 👍 or a comment.
