[Feature] Use external address when creating a shared link

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would like to see a feature where the shareable link I create is automatically using my external address. I can see a very small number of scenarios, where I would WANT to use an internal address.

The use case writes itself - I'm at home, using my internal address, and want to send someone a link, except it points to the internal address, since that's the connection I'm using at that moment.

It doesn't have to be hardcoded. Maybe add a single boolean to the share window, giving the user an option?
