[Feature] Love manual tagging however what if a person doesn't exist - Offer a way to manually add a person

The feature

I am actually using this to tag animals, which I know is not something the auto detection model can do right now, but I am willing to tag each and every photo manually with 1.27.0. I was excited until I realized that I can only tag people that exist in my current list of people (which my pets do not). Thinking if there was a way to add a person record and then just build off that with the manual tags. Still would love the eventual pet detection but I think this would be serviceable now, just need that initial record/person to be able to tag them. Thanks
